On May the 18th 2017, the 2017-2020 CCNL renewal for goldsmiths, silversmiths and jewellers has been signed.
The agreement has been entered by the following trade unions: Fiom-Cgil, Fim-Cisl, Uil-Uilm and Federorafi.
What’s new?
Besides the minimum wage increasing due to the inflation’s values (Ipca) measured by Istat (Italian National Statistical Institute), and besides the one-off supply of 80€ in October 2017, developing measures for Employee Welfare solutions are to be supplied. The benefit’s supply provides for:
100 euros from 1st of January 2018
150 euros from 1st of January 2019
200 euros from 1st of January 2020
