Eudaimon – Employee Welfare provider – thanks to the partnership with Rete ComeTe, created a service for firms called “ALTUOFIANCO” (By Your Side), an initiative that provides employees with support when dealing with delicate family issues.
“ALTUOFIANCO” aims to support the employee when it comes to choosing assistance services such as socio-assistance services, educational and orientation for the management of every day’s errands. In particular, a Care Manager made available by the service, will analyze in detail the need’s features hence plan with the family a tailor-made service. By keeping periodically in contact with the family, the Care Manager will stand by the family’s side throughout the entire course of the cure, even after the service’s activation.
